Why is the project or license file upload not working?

If an error occurs while updating the project on the Activation Server, check the following:
  • Check your hosting ID and your password  - TAB Activation Server, Option: Hosting or Own Server
  • Do you have a firewall enabled? -  Disable the firewall temporarily and test again
  • Do you have an antivirus software installed? - Disable the antivirus software temporarily and try again
  • Check with your IT in case a central firewall is used
  • If you are using an own server check your FTP server settings
  • ‚ÄčIf the upload still generates an error, upload the files manually
If you are not familiar with an FTP program and you are using a hosting, send us the files. Zip the files from the folder Web Activation Server,  open a support ticket and add the files to this case.
