All subscriptions include the following support options
  • free support by opening a support ticket in the Support Center
  • typical response time between 1 and 2 business days (Monday to Friday - 8 AM to 6 PM)
Not included is
  • support by phone
  • web meeting sessions
Remote support via web meeting session can be ordered here.
 

Updates

Free updates (including updates of major releases) are included in all subscriptions.
