Handset does not connect to Mirage uaCSTA Cloud Service

If you handset does not connect to the Mirage uaCSTA Cloud Service then perform the following steps:

On your handset check the connection status to the Mirage Cloud account. Does it show active (connected)?
  • If No check: ‚Äč Is the IP address and the password correct?
  • If Yes check: is the latest firmware installed?
  • Is it a supported handset (see link below)
