Renew a subscription
The subscription will be automatically renewed if not cancelled.
If the subscription was paid with credit card/Paypal, the same account will be charged. If it was paid with bank wire you will get a payment reminder a few days before the subscription is due.
Cancel a subscription
Invoice from Cleverbridge
The e-mail with the invoice includes a link to cancel the subscription. Alternatively you can send an e-mail to email@example.com and include your order number to cancel the subscription.
The e-mail with the last invoice provides information how long before the subscription is due it can be cancelled. Once the subscription is billed or is beyond the cancellation date, a refund is not possible.
Invoice from Mirage
If you got an invoice directly from Mirage you find the contract length and cancellation terms on the invoice. Send a formal contract cancellation either by mail or by e-mail with a signed PDF.
Change payment option / Update credit card information
Each invoice includes a link to change the payment option or update credit card details (e.g. if credit card expired). Alternatively you can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your oder number.
