You can download the latest service packs using the online help. This requires that the main product is already installed.
To install Licence Protector again, you need your serial number, the download link for the version you bought and the correct Edition. If you do not have this information available or you need to remove an unused computer, log in to the customer portal.
The customer portal needs a one-time registration using the e-mail address, which was used to activate the product. Then you can access all your Serial Numbers, your download links and remove unused computers. Click here to access the customer portal.
Only if you are not able to find your license in the customer portal, open a support ticket.
