Check the invoice which edition you bought, e.g. Premium, Plus or Multi-Platform Edition and also Cloud Edition or life time license.
- Compare that with the edition you installed. The edition name can be found in the title bar (see screenshot, red box)
- If you installed the wrong edition, uninstall All-In-One Protector and install again. During the installation select the edition you bought
- If you installed the correct edition, copy the serial number from the invoice. Also compare the version number. A Serial Number for version 5 will not be accepted for version 6.
- Download a different version.
